The breakfast was, as always, excellent. The first room they gave us apparently had a defrosted refrigerator because there was a dryer on the floor and sopping towels in the fridge. The second room didn’t have that, however there was hair in the bathtub drainer and dirty glass on the sliding door. This hotel gets a little more run down each time I visit. The bed was comfy, but the mattress needed to be flipped since it sagged on one side.

Fine for an overnight
Stuck in a back building that didn’t look like the others. Hot corridors that needed a vacuum. Old cigarette smells at entrances. Door looked like it had previously been beaten down and repaired. Frustrating to be on the second floor with no elevator with a toddler and a lot of luggage. Room itself was clean enough but the toilet was an and ran and didn’t flush half the time. Overnight, we had to avoid flushing it. Bedding was clean and comfortable but it was absolutely two double beds and not two queens. Light freeway noise. A lot of light infiltrated the room from the parking lot and hallway. Ice maker worked well for keeping our cooler going. Breakfast was great. There were many dogs in the building - not an issue for us but could be good to know if you have allergies.

This is an aging property that hasn’t been renovated. Breakfast was average and everything served with paper and plastic; just so cheap. We would not stay there again.

The girls at the check in desk were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious. The ac in the room was nice and cold. The bed was comfortable. The tv didn’t work though. Breakfast was fine, the gentleman servicing the food was very kind and attentive. Would stay again.

There was confusion about a pet friendly room. Was charged to upgrade a room and charged a pet fee. No offer to waive the upgrade fee. I was out in building number 5 where it is so HOT in the hallways and BRIGHT. You don’t need fluorescent lights in the hallways. No elevator. And my bathroom is disgusting. Hair still stuck in the hair dryer. Not clean at all. Normally I enjoy stay here but after this visit I don’t see myself returning.

Comfort and a good price
Good place for the price. Yummy breakfast. Super friendly and helpful older guy serving the food, but the younger one was kind of mean to him when they were working and I felt bad for him. I thought he was doing a great job and helpful with everyone at breakfast. The front desk guy was great, can’t remember his name. I thought there was something wrong with the tv but it was just unplugged. He came all the way up to help me. I’ll be back for my next work trip, I enjoyed my stay.

The property was beautifully landscaped. Hanging flower baskets and flower beds were amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The staff was top notch. The room we were given didn’t have a great lock on it, so we felt unsafe. Broken ball latch and a gap in the door jam made us place a chair in front of the door to ensure no one could open the door.

Property appears new & updated but it is old. Common areas like hallways & pool need to be deep cleaned. Pool towels were very used, think holes & threads coming out. Room smelled like cigarette smoke even thought it's a non smoking room. No dust on surfaces but the room needs to be deep cleaned. Carpets cleaned & baseboards cleaned. Sheets were rough & towels didn't match & were old. I would not stay at this property again. Breakfast was good.

June 22-23, 2024, at 11:30 pm Saturday there was a water leak in the ceiling over the toilet. Called desk and desk person moved us to another building and room. The only refund was $40 pet fee. They would not refund the 2nd night stay because we booked through Expedia!

Generally at the level of a Super 8 - somewhat tired and in need of a remodel. Noisy wall air conditioner - sleep or get a little cooer, not both. Knee high bathroom sink and counter - seemed abnormally low. No coffee for the coffee maker. Fridge and microwave worked ok and the breakfast was good. King size mattress was crunchy noisy.

Beautiful courtyard and pool.
The staff was really friendly, no matter who was on shift. The courtyard is beautiful and the very large pool is well maintained. Perfect for lounging after a long day.
