Had lots of luggage, so was disappointed with no elevators, having to lug suitcases up the stairs. Also, neither of the clerks I had to deal with were very friendly. Probably will not stay here again

This was obviously a former Best Western as there was just a blackened sign from the highway. The hot tub was broken, and staff was average. The sole staff member seemed overwhelmed but tried his best.

Nice hotel for the price!
Great accommodations for the price. Clean, nice pool (warm), pet friendly, responsive service. The complimentary breakfast was nice as well. We will definitely stay there again. Convenient restaurants within walking distance.

Wyndham is a new owner. We were there in 2023 about the same time of year. Things were comparable. Check/in was very easy as I paid in full. Sal was taking care of some ladies that were trying to schedule multiple rooms for a wedding in the future. He did excuse himself from them and directed another gentleman to take care of is. We did not receive information on pool hours, for simple things in our room such as the TV, some lights, room cleaning, and breakfast buffet hours or where to leave the key when we leave.(This was left to sign reading in part and drop boxes) The website mentions you can have room cleaned upon request. We just watched for the cleaning staff for fresh towels and toilet paper. The room was smelly and probably could use a carpet wash and deodorizer. They had multiple lights but the bulbs were such low wattages you couldn’t read. One of the lights was to turn on on entry but had to figure out which one that was. readbathroom was very clean and supplied with so and shampoo.

This hotel has gone downhill since we last stayed here. Rooms need some upgrades and better cleaning. Hor Tub was closed. Not enough food or coffee at breakfast. Ended up check up a day early.

Advertised rooms providing support for elderly available, but only 2 within the ground level. Staff seemed oblivious of this importance, but then allowed me to check interior for pull bars and higher toilets within the rooms that were available. Huge draw for traveling with older family members! Very accommodating staff!!
