This property CANNOT be compared to the Sheraton or the Marriott. Don't conflate 5 star reviews with this place being a 5 star hotel, it isn't. Its not even close. As a LOCAL Thai hotel, its fine, I give it 5/10. If you want to compare it to the Sheraton, with the Sheraton being 10/10, this place is a solid 2/10. It can't compare. It could be better but its just not managed as well as the big named hotels, that's just how it is. The floor staff is unreliable, many things int eh rooms are partially broken....the standards are just not there. Its purely a QC management issue. Breakfast was ok, about what I expected. Next trip we will stay right on Sukumvit rather than 200m off. The hotel is "ok" you just need to know what to expect. Its a S$100 per night place and that is what you are getting. Again, don't confuse 5 star reviews with this being a 5 star hotel, it isn't. John

Always a pleasure to come back
It is always a pleasure to come back to Galleria 10 hotel. The staff are always friendly and helpful! The rooms are good sized and amenities are very good. The pool on the top is small but cooling down in it with a drink and something to eat in the afternoon is wonderful.

Friendly and helpful staff. More quiet than area around Nana Plaza. Walkable to transportation and dining options. Liked my room, liked the facility. Breakfast buffet was great. Great proximity and access to Banjakitti Park for my morning walks. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

It’s impossible to write a review that everyone will agree on as everyone has different views. Therefore my review is based on the following. Check in was fast, polite and efficient. The room, bedding and bathroom were clean. Internet was strong and reliable. Netflix available on your room television for a daily supplement. Gym and swimming pool on the top floor adequate. Breakfast buffet had two prices 0600-0930 399 Thai baht. 0930-1030 199 baht. Overall I had a very nice 7 day stay. No complaints whatsoever.

My new favorite hotel in the Sukhumvit area! The bed, room, and service are top-notch, and the check-in process is always seamless. The staff are well-trained, courteous, and consistently go above and beyond. Every stay has been a truly pleasant experience. The quality, value, and location are simply outstanding!
