It was fine. The property was clean, and met expectations from that perspective. Location was good for what I needed it to be, and the staff was friendly. My only complaint was as that I asked for airport transportation assistance 2x and nobody gave me an answer either way. I was worried beacuse uber and Lyft can be scarce in Bangor. I ended up figuring it out myself by pre booking a Lyft-(and I had a back up plan in case). The hotel could had done a better job with a shuttle answer or giving me direction on what to do.

Anothee successful stay at Hampton Inn
This is our second time at the Hampton Inn in Bangor. The hotel is great. All the staff are very nice and helpful. The breakfast is great to start the day of hikea for our family.

Expedia booked a handicapped room in error and refused to take responsibly for it or credit for their error. The room did not have a bathtub, an important feature considering that the day was spent in the woods . No one would help us , no one at the hotel would switch the room. The desk personal ( Sara) promised to approve a full credit through Expedia, Expedia claims they didn’t approve it! Not sure if it was the hotel or Expedia that lied to us.
