Staff very nice, friendly and respond timely when we need things. The location is great, close to transportation (train, busses), different dining places and convenient stores. Walkable to a lot of tourist places to see at Catalunya. The unit spacious and fully furnished.

We liked the location as it was close to public transportation and all the major attractions. However, the walls were really thin and I could hear my neighbours. Also, there's no water fountains and they only gave me 1 water bottle for 2 people for a 3 nights stay. I did request a kettle from the reception but later found out it doesn't work. Furthermore, there is no coffee machine, not even instant coffee.

We enjoyed the staff. They were very helpful. The AC was nice and the room was comfortable. The bath towel are huge and thick. Very nice! They only thing we did not enjoy was the king was two beds put together, so it made it uncomfortable to cuddle with my fiancé. I would highly recommend this hotel though!

Perfect start to an amazing holiday
We had two rooms booked prior to going on a cruise we stayed for 5 nights very close to everything. Very helpful staff. Breakfast was ok food could be slightly cold but still tasty. Pool was small but sufficient and plenty of seating/lying chairs available.

It was great! My only complaint was the room was a bit warm and I could not control the air; I had to buy a portable bedside fan to sleep well. But they are eco friendly so it makes sense! Staff was exceptional.

Excellent stay
We stayed in 3 different hotels for our 10 day trip through Spain. We ended with this one. The room was spacious, the bathroom was large, the shower was amazing with excellent pressure. The staff were so pleasant and helpful.

Great hotel in the heart of the city. So close to placa de catalyuna and las rambla. Walking distance to the beautiful cathedral and lots of great amenities. We especially enjoyed the pool and piano bar. Would stay here again.

Very clean. Nice rooms. Courteous staff. Nice pool area, even though pool is small, its to be expected in a city hotel. Seemed more like a 4 star than a 3 star hotel, which it is listed as. Breakfast could have been a bit better Choices were limited. Overall I was very happy with my stay.

Great location for touring Barcelona by foot. Metro station across the street. Restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shopping all in neighbourhood. Hotel is clean, feels news, modern and great staff. Great value for budget traveler. Only criticism is that the bed could be updated.
