Best pool in Jasper for kids! Walking distance to several restaurants but a bit further to the centre of town. Staff are so friendly and the kitchenette is perfect for family ski holidays.

We had a fantastic stay at the Jasper Inn! The cozy kitchenette in our room was perfect for preparing quick meals, and the coin dryer came in so handy for drying our wet gloves after a fun day outdoors. The kids absolutely loved the swimming pool, and the hot tub was a wonderful way to relax at the end of the day. The friendly staff and convenient amenities made our trip even more enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back for another visit!

As a mom, I found say convenient. Everything I needed was near and I don't like waste. So finding glass cups in room instead foam or plastic was a pleasant surprise.

Property would be excellent for family travel if they had an option for morning food. Offering a continental breakfast or pay full breakfast menu at the on site restaurant would elevate Jasper Inn and Suites. Having to travel off site before driving to the mountain adds a level of frustration with small children.

Had booked 3 queen bedroom suites - they were across from the staff room and house keeping and an ice machine - as much as the staff probably tried to be quite at night and early in the morning (6am) it was noisy. If I had know the location of the rooms I would not have booked this hotel. Pillows were lumpy and the rooms were tired. Stayed to help support the Jasper community, but would not stay at this hotel again.
