This was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen. Filthy carpets, rusting bathtub and shower, holes in the bed sheets, trash littered throughout the property, stench of tobacco smoke and pet stains in the hallways, terrible mattress, no towel service unless you specifically request it. The entire place is gross.

Terrible service. Bathroom light never fixed. Broken security lock that hotel refused to fix. Needed to get an extra bathroom towel. Room key had to be switched 4 times then worked only infrequently. 1 elevator broken. Water park closed. When checking out, found a cockroach in the bathroom. I was refused assistance and information so i contacted the board of health.

The main lobby was very ominous, with absolutely no furniture. Walked down the hall and it smelled like weed, only to have that mix with the extreme musty smell of the room. First thing I did was move a pillow and see a small bug scurry away. Spent an hour at 1am seeing if there were any alternative local rooms. There wasn't, so instead I was treated to roaches in the bathroom, the hot and cold water being switched, unvacuumed and super dusty room with dust bunnies all over the ground, and a room that felt like I was in the third world, with shotty patch work all around the walls and extremely dated everything

Broken door locks, no room safes, unsecure building, smells throughout the building. Rooms not clean elevators out of service. Fitness center out of service. Water park is extra cost and not included in stay. Not much of a water park that would warrant additional charges considering the hotel is so run down and not maintained. The decor is not what they show in the pictures it almost seems as though they have sold all their furnishings in the lobby. A lot of empty space.

There were cockroaches, The sheets were dirty when we got there. Holes in all the rooms walls, looks nothing like the photos. This place needs to be burnt down. Some doors looked like they were broken into with crowbars. The building was disgusting.

Our room was disgusting. Sprinkler on celing was broke with toliet paper wrapped arpund it. Hallway smelled toliet broke water park was closed until weekend probably because of covid 19 when everything is supposed to be open.

See the thing is, I never do reviews. I hate reviews and they generally fake. But this place was so bad, mind you we booked last minute, that we slept in our clothes , didn’t shower, didn’t use the water to brush our teeth, and slept on top of the bed with towels. The pictures don’t even do it justice.

We stayed 1 night for a concert, the bathroom i got stuck in for an amount of time until my husband came back. The waterpark was closed and we were never told when we got there. The breakfast was gone through by some of the employees. The kicker we were evucated out of our rooms which made us leave one of our meals in the room. I would have went down to speak to a manager about our stay. No one was around!!

Avoid if possible
Was looking for a place to stay on a trip home. Check in was quick but that’s pretty much the only positive. The room smelled terrible. The bathroom was gross and there was dirt by my feet when under the sheets. Icing on the cake was there was a special needs/autistic child which I could hear the entire night. Definitely wasn’t his fault but between that and doors slamming at 1am I got no sleep.

this is the worst place i have ever booked through expedia. part of the reason i chose this place was the water park. i didnt find out, until after checking in, it was closed on the 3 days i stayed there. they showed pictures of a dining room in the advertisement, but there was none to be found. no restaurant, also advertised, on the property. my room was horrible. one trash can reeked of the stench of a dead animal. i took it to the front office for a new one. that one was used to carry broken shards of glass that were glued together with dried up soda and caked on the bottom. the trash can in the bathroom was also disgusting. it had old trash in the bottom that was also glued to the inside. i went to use the microwave but there was a tim hortons cup stuck to the glass tray inside. the tray was covered with some type of sticky substance (on top and underneath the tray) and appeared that some item had been put inside and burst all over the interior. it was freaking nasty. i didnt dare use the shower and slept on top of the blankets in order to avoid bedbugs. i could keep going, but i'll run out of space. it's a shame that these people are a part of the choice hotel chain. i used to go to their places, but this example was enough to convince me to try other places to stay.

Upon arrival there was no one at the desk. I called and no answer. A few min later someone came in to help. But by this point I had a chance to look around and the building is in complete disarray. The outside of the building was filthy and in desperate need of repairs. I never even made it to the room before requesting to cancel the booking.
