I mistakenly booked a smoking room and was very frustrated when I entered a smelly, stale room. The front desk and manager were kind enough to switch rooms for me even though I booked through a third party. After driving solo for 8 hours, it was a very courteous thing for them to do and I'm so glad they did. My non-smoking room was spotless and I felt comfortable sleeping there. The room was so clean that I was compelled to tip the cleaning staff. My only complaints are: thin walls (noisy neighbors) and breakfast was inedible (and I travel frequently). Luckily, there was a Dunkin a few minutes away.

King superior room was one of the smallest hotel rooms I’ve been in so not sure why it’s labeled superior. The bathroom is also very small. Maybe it can fit a small toiletry bag on sink counter. I liked the laminate flooring throughout the room. Sheets were clean. Bed was a little soft and towels were tiny. Our room was in the back and the turnpike noise along with the paper thin walls kept me up most the night even after driving for hours! Breakfast was a plus and descent. Assorted muffins, white or wheat bread with toaster. Scrambled eggs, sausage and a waffle maker. Asst juices, fruit, cereal coffee and tea. Most items are great value Walmart brand. Kitchen attendant was awesome cleaning and filling the stations. Free parking in large lot. Construction next hotel over in same parking lot.

The staff is very friendly and hardworking. However, the non-smoking room still has a smoke smell, which is not the property's fault.

Stayed here twice, on the way too and from our destination. I found the staff ( especially )Sanostino very helpful and accommodating. The rooms were very clean and a very comfortable bed. Room equipped with everything we needed. There was just a stand up shower, no bath, double check if that’s what you need. The breakfast was good and complimentary. Hotel is located off the freeway so easy to get to. Your are right down the street from Batavia Downs and Casino, Target, Kohls, Dicks, Marshall’s so if you need anything it’s convenient.

Easy check in clean room but very tiny bathroom. If you're a tall individual there is a good chance your knees will be touching the door when you sit on the bowl.

This is a good budget choice, but it feels budget. My first and main complaint is that my room smelled really really strongly of bleach when I got in - so I felt confident that stuff was clean, but boy did it burn my nose. Luckily, I had a concert to go to and was able to leave the a/c on blast for a few hours so the bleach smell was bearable when I needed to sleep. My second complaint is that the breakfast service ends too early and the staff made it very clear they wanted people gone the second that breakfast was over. I would have appreciated a 10-15 minute grace period for those of us who are late risers. However the breakfast hours were clearly communicated in advance and they were entitled to follow them to the letter, it's just that a little extra leeway would have made me feel welcome rather than like I was imposing. So it was as expected for the price relative to other places in the vicinity. No nasty surprises but no pleasant ones either.
