"After booking our stay for our anniversary I enquired with the booking team to see if I could drop our luggage off early to try and keep it as a surprise for my wife. They were amazingly accommodating and even moved the bag to the room before our arrival later in the evening. On arrival we found out that we had been upgraded, an amazing surprise that made our stay even more special. We found our room with towel swans, rose petals and a hand written card from the team. Such lovely touches! The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There is a little wear and tear if you look closer but it really doesn't detract from the character of the room or property overall. The bathroom is spacious with a lovely rainfall shower, his & hers sinks although it does get steamy as there is no extraction fan. For a single night stay it couldn't have been better and the team at the hotel always go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as amazing as you hope it will be. Checkout was simple, dropping the room key into a box on the counter, when asked our room number we were told we had a overnight parking charge despite not having a vehicle with us but on explanation this was quickly waved. We couldn't be happier with our experience and would happily stay again if we wanted to stay centrally in Norwich!!"

"Stayed here in early March for the third time. Greeted on our arrival and shiwn to our room. All staff we came in to comtact with were helpful and friendly. Rooms are very clean and spacious witb enough plug sockets for todays charging needs. Beds are comfortable. Shower works well and the bathroom has lots of space. Breakfast was excellent as were the two meals we had in the restaurant. Perfectly cooked and tailored to my fussy taste. Good selection of beer and spirits. A great example of a well run business. "

"We spent 4 nights here as it is a great location to explore the area. The facilities are fantastic with the golf course, driving range and spa. Although the hotel was busy with golf and spa day guests it never felt over crowded in any areas.. The dining options were varied with something for everyone. The room was well laid out with everything you need and all of the team couldn’t do enough to make your stay a memorable one. There is a large car park and they also have several EV chargers with both rapid and standard chargers available.. "
