The check in process was great. Shortly after we checked in Mandy called to see how the room was, the fridge was rather noisy and she quickly offered to move us to another room, which was greatly appreciated. The room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast was great.

not what I thought I bargained for…

The front door was in disrepair, parking lot lighting was going off and on. The overall cleanliness of this place was less than satisfactory and it smelled of sewage (feces) in the hallways and our room. I would’ve changed my reservation, but it was non-refundable and I now know why. The lady that checked us in was super nice and merely working with the cards she was dealt.

Nice place to stay at a decent price!

Just an overnight stay on our way south. Room was very comfortable and clean, looks like it was recently renovated. Except the bathroom, it needs to be redone. Staff was great, excellent choices of restaurants in the area.

Two nights

The front door was broken and very hard to enter. It was stuck and Absolutely freezing outside. I had to find the number and call the front desk to get in. The second night the water went out. The hallway smelled old and musty, the staff was extremely friendly and went above and beyond, especially the first night. We had never been to the area before and it was very disappointing the condition of the property.

Fair price for nice hotel in good location

Happily surprised by the quality of this hotel for the price and the most warm and genuine welcome I’ve ever received at hotel check-in! Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good variety at breakfast. Close to highway and multiple restaurants.

It was disappointing. Mostly because it was old, run down and not clean. We spilled water on the floor and when we dried it up , the towel was very dirty. Not nice!

Shower dissatisfaction

The hotel was nice & clean the service waa very friendly, but the shower was a disappointment. Neither myself or my husband could get the converter for the shower to engage fully, so we were stuck with half a shower.

The stay was good. The breakfast was good and had a lot to choose from. The person that checked us in was very friendly and polite. The shower didn’t have very good pressure but did the job. All and all for a overnight stay it was good and would stay again.
