The rooms were very dirty and unsanitary. The owners followed my kids around everytime they went out of my room. The front desk clerk was very rude. Dont waste your time here because they charge you for every little thing. Worst hotel in NM I ever stayed in.

TV had a line down the middle. Reception wasnt good and remote contrils only sort of worked. The place was clean though and the beds were fine. Breakfast was adequate.

This is a zero star hotel. I was fooled by the reviews. Now that I have looked back on them I noticed all the 4 and 5s star reviews have similar names. This place is FILTHY!!! The bathroom toilet base where the bolts are were dirty and yellow, shower head completely calcified to the point water would barely come out. Bottom of the tub had water marks and black marks, the drain was broken and the cover was just sitting on the side of the tub and there was hair all over the walls. The absolute worst for me was the horrendous smell of cigarettes!!! This is not a smoke free hotel. Our room smelled like a old casino or bars from back when you could smoke in them. My son is a asthmatic and we always stay in smoke free places. The smell was so bad I asked to be switched rooms. The front desk said they didnt have any but that he could give me a refund in the morning if we chose not to stay. I asked why in the morning and he said that is when "she" gets there. I was worried i was not going to get my refund but the smell was so bad I was willing to take the risk. Unfortunately, since it was 11pm I could not find another hotel with vacancy so I had to stay. I asked the front desk for some air freshener and he gave me some ZEP smoke eliminator. So I am assuming they let people smoke often. It was just a lemon sent and didnt really work. My son was up all night struggling to breath coughing, therefore I did not sleep at all. This was a HORRIBLE experience!!!! Side note VERY LOUD!!!

The property and room was very clean. But, the property stated that Expedia cancelled my reservation, which they did not. Even after a representative from Expedia called the front desk, the property manager was unwilling to work with Expedia. They would not apply the fees for my room to another room. So the only room available was a suite in which I had to pay full price for. Thankfully Expedia refunded me. I will not stay at this property again for this reason. I suspect they gave my room to someone else for more money.

Room was very clean. Nice and roomy. Breakfast was great, scrambled eggs, sausage and county potatoes along with waffles cereal etc. Staff very friendly and helpful.

FIRST OF ALL, NO ELEVATOR FOR SECOND FLOOR. LIGHTS WERE OUT FOR 2 HOURS. I ASKED FOR SOME KIND OF CREDIT THEY WOULDN'T. TV WAS SO SMALL YOU NEEDED BINOCULARS, SO NOISY IN ROOM . IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE THEM A ZERO . YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!!!!
