Absolutely loved this little out of the way gem. Room was very clean and updated with character. Comfortable King size bed and spacious room. Loved the local art in the room. Wish we had more time to stay here

Conveniently located in a quiet area just to the north of Bennington. Easily accessible. Excellent continental breakfast with a good choice of high quality food and a delightful and helpful host. The communal breakfast table enabled us to enjoy the company of the other guests, from whom we learned much about the area. The room was spacious, well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. The Publyk House next door was a short walk away across the garden and is highly recommended for dinner.

Great hosts. People were wonderful. Breakfast was continental, but excellent. Nice mattress. Basic structure of the room was updated, but the room structure was poor. Ceiling height is 7' with old cheap ceiling cover. Old door with poor security, outdated key lock. Deadbolt could easily be kicked in through old wood frame. Shower was small and cheap, although the shower head was nice. Curtains were mismatched, old, flimsy, and did not cover the ground floor windows well from the sidewalk immediately outside. Just felt a little creepy.

Very much enjoyed the retro, vintage decor and feel of this charming motel. Having breakfast in the garage with fellow guests and Heath was truly a treat!
