"The lady at the front desk when I checked in Friday night (April 4th, 2025) was exceptional! She was busy with check-ins and gave everyone her full, undivided, friendly service even manning the front desk alone. She was a huge help with a key/door lock issue it seemed many of us were having. She sprinted back and forth to make sure everyone was taken care of in a timely manner and did so with an amazingly hospitable and positive attitude. It's rare to find this sort of service these days (especially during a rush like she was experiencing). I wish I had asked her name because she deserves recognition for her hard work that came with a beautiful smile! "

"I liked was the room was a nice size. it wasn't too big or too small. The desk clerk was nice & it was easy to sign in. The bathrooms were nice & clean. The heater & air conditioner was working. What I didn't like was the remote control issue with the tv. The batteries were dying & I had to get new ones. I saw some painting was coming off in the bathroom. There's a $100 deposit I had to pay upfront. There were nor dresser drawers or a safe to keep your valuables. "

"I really enjoyed my stay. Just from checking in and the lobby smelled so good. And the man who checked me in was friendly kind and very informative about anything I needed to know. First glance going in the room was VERY clean no odors or stains on the sheets. Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay to the point they didn’t want to leave so it’s a must we come back hopefully next time the pool will be open."
