Overall, we were very comfortable in our unit which was like an apartment and we had 2 bathrooms- which we loved. King bed was very comfortable. Kitchen equipped. 2 beautiful stone fireplaces. The jaccuzi was nice - clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was small- not a lap pool, but nice for kids. The only not so comfortable issue was the walk up 2 flights of stairs if your room is on the 3rd floor (no elevator).

Manager asked both prior and during my visit, what the health condition I have relative to my service animal. That is a violation of HIPA law and other regarding my rights. Annoyed that she didn’t know the laws but bothered me regardless.

1 day mountain getaway
Excellent experience for 1 night stay with my two kids. Room very spacious and clean , pool small but quaint , kids loved it. Staff very friendly and informative. I will definitely come back for a second visit .

Excellent condo style hotel in Big Bear Lake city. Close to everything. Property in good condition. Excellent communication via email / text. Property doesn’t have A/C, which was OK in May, but could be an issue in summer months.
