Third stay at this location. Staff are down to earth & friendly. Beds were comfy & rooms clean. This stay was a busy weekend with superbowl & cheer competition yet all was quiet for a good nights rest.

Great hotel

It was great. Located on the sea front with a hot tub and heated pool, both very clean. Easy parking, we checked in early no issue and all staff so chatty and helpful especially receptionist and breakfast lady who explained to me the best way to do my grits. On site laundry only $3.50 to wash n fry a big load of laundry. Comfy bed, good TV on a swing bracket with good channel selection, coffee and tea in room and also reception in including decaf coffee. Honestly couldn’t fault it, if only all hotels were up to this standard. Situated really well, we got an uber into town for the Ground Zero blues club and only $5.50

We had a really good stay. Cynthia, the lady that checked us in was very friendly and even sent texts throughout our stay to see if we needed anything. Also she would let us know when there was warm cookies in the lobby. That was super nice! Ive never stayed at a hotel that does that and it really put a smile on my face after some rough days. Its just the small things that mean so much! I really appreciate Cynthia and how nice she was to me and my son.

Property was in a fantastic location as far as beach, casinos, lighthouse, etc. Easy to get to. Close to restaurants other than casino buffet on Christmas Day. Weather was windy and rainy all 3 days we were here. Would definitely stay again

We had a medical emergency and we’re not able to check in on the date. I originally reserved. I called several days ahead of time to tell them we would not be able to check in until the next day and was told to call back the day of check-in. I called the day. I was supposed to check in and explained what happened and was told it was fine that they checked me in and I could pick up keys when I got there the next day. When I got there, they told me they had no reservation for me because I was a no-show.
