there were mouse droppings on the furniture and floor. also some how someone had a key to my room and attempted to enter while I was sleeping. thank god for the metal lock.

It was dirty overall. Carpet wasn’t clean. Blinds had stuff sticking to it. Faucet water pressure was very weak. Visible molds in washroom. Breakfast was very limited. Juice they served for breakfast can’t be called juice. Best part was the specialty coffee machine.

Water doesn't have pressure, very little water flow in ALL THE ROOMS, we booked a few rooms on various floors. other than that great staff, very accommodating. coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day and night, belgium waffles in the morning, but you have to make them yourself. overall, it was 4 min from my family homes, so i did not care much, would stay again to sleep and not noisy. overall clean

Clean and quiet, other than what sounded like someone running a washing machine at 5 am that woke me up. I will say this though, the pillows were the worst I’ve ever encountered in any hotel.

Room was not clean, the bathroom floor was dirty, there was hair on the shower walls, and for being a handicap accessible room it's not that accessible. Although it has a shower chair, it has just a regular shower head. So you can't thoroughly rinse off because the water doesn't even make it to the shower chair. And there's only 2 handicap parking spots for the hotel but there's more than 4 for diamond members. There's stains everywhere, including the lobby. There's scrapes on the walls, holes in the wallpaper, honestly you get what you pay for but I expected better.
