"Check in was fast and easy, staff was very friendly. Unfortunately we ran into a few issues, half a roll of tp in the room for 5 people (3 kids) trash from previous people was still left in the room, no phone in the room to call front desk, had to go to the desk for plumbing issue but maintenance had already left so they gave us a plunger which worked fine but still annoying. I stay at this hotel chain on most of our short outings because I usually enjoy the accommodations but I think this one just needs to step it up a bit..and I hate leaving reviews like this :("

"It was wonderful the food was great the people were nice the pools were warm even outside and the hot tub was even better with the warm water and the view of the blowing snow overall very njcen"

"The desk staff was there when we arrived and a bit later helped us get some more towels and soap. The room was clean and the bed so comfy. We used the pull out couch for my daughters and they said they were comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful! We loved the breakfast taco option."
