Check in took a little over 15 minutes as the front desk attendant was on the phone with a difficult customer. I understand each customer needs time and attention to ensure their stay is world-class- however the person on the phone clearly did not have a reservation and was trying to bargain for one. The attendant should have found a way to handle the situation in a timely manner, cleared the queue of guests trying to check in (in person), and returned to the call.
