I asked if I could cancel my 3rd night. the front desk said yes but Expedia's investigation with "Reservations" dept revealed no refund for the 3rd night. Staff is nice but the rooms are old and outdated. My toilet ran all night. Don't recommend

DO NOT BOOK HERE! THEY LIE ABOUT THE ROOMS YOU RESERVE! I booked a balcony and they gave my booked room away since apparently they have some made up policy where you have to be here to claim the room you booked/reserved or at least that's what Expedia told me this hotel said. I went to the manager and he's trying to say that my room was upgraded from a single king to a suite when I already booked a suite.HE LIED. DO NOT BOOK HERE! I will be requesting a full refund from my bank as the only reason I booked here was for the balcony. We checked in after our work at 830-9 ish and found our room was given to someone else. They said they would do anything to compensate me since the suite is a suite just no balcony. so we ended up being forced to stay here with this horrid lying hotel. ALSO TO THE NIGHT MANAGER NOT WILLING TO DO ANYTHING I HOPE YOU LOSE YOUR JOB.
