The hotel is beautiful. The staff is excellent, very friendly and helpful. One night the light went out but it was past midnight so we didn’t mind. The day of checkout the elevators weren’t working after waiting for a while my husband had to carry our luggage from floor 25 to 10th and they didnt say much since we booked though Expedia. Heads up that wasn’t the first time the elevators weren’t working. Also try to go early to the breakfast, we were there 10 minutes before the ending time and all the food was already taken away, we couldn’t even get coffe and the workers acted like we weren’t there.

Overall my stay was below average. There were several things I didn’t care for and I want other travelers to be aware of. I arrived at the hotel early and one of the staff members told me there were no ready rooms available and to keep checking in every hour. I did just that and every time I did, nothing was available which isn’t the issue because I did arrive early. The issue is that immediately when he was occupied with another task I asked another staff member if there were any rooms available and there were multiple rooms ready to check in. So not a fan of the untruthfulness! Additionally there were several times that me and my guest would call for towels and they wouldn’t bring any. To add on, one of the days on our stay their elevator was down and we stayed on the 35th floor so we had to utilize the service elevator where guests and staff were packed in like sardines with no ventilation to get to where you needed to be. Also, on one of the days they were rude and did not want to allow my cousin to come up to the room. I understand safety of the guests is important however I wasn’t going to allow my family member who is a woman to wait outside in a foreign country when we were getting ready that’s just simply unsafe. Additionally, they mistaken us for other women who hadn’t paid their tabs. Lastly, when you call to the front desk and they direct you to different stores or areas within the hotel you will be charged and they won’t mention it until you check-out!

The overall stay was nice, the staff was friendly, and helpful. Our first day there going to check in we got stuck on the elevator for about 5 minutes we pressed the help button and they immediately started working on the issue to get it back working and to get us off. The water pressure in the shower was low but once I called front desk they sent someone up to fix it and it worked fine the rest of the trip.

Great Stay with Room for Improvement We recently stayed at Estelar and overall, we were very happy with our experience. The location was perfect, and the amenities offered were fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. However, we did encounter an issue with the cleanliness of our room located on the 39th floor. It was not up to the standard we expected, with dirty floor (hair in bathroom area), bugs by minibar, and marks on shower glass and windows (as if not cleaned at all) soap scum on shower glass and several handprints on room window. I believe that addressing this aspect would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I would recommend this hotel for its many positive features, but I hope they can improve their room cleanliness for future guests.

Esterlar was very nice. It’s close to airport and about a 10 to 20 minute ride to the Wall where most of the nightlife is at. Sky Bar was beautiful wish they had more to choose from Food wise alot of finger food. I would definitely stay here. You can book all your tours at Hotel that’s a plus and the pool was amazing. Beds were comfy. Shower didn’t have that much water pressure it got the job done.
