Everything went well except there were little flies in the bathroom that came out when I showered. Probably to escape the cold outside. Otherwise, the bed was clean and the room was nice.

This was the worst Main Stay I’ve ever visited. 1. We had one of our rooms changed before we got there. Not exactly sure why. Did appreciate the heads up. 2. The rooms were dirty. Floor has not been cleaned in 209. Food on the floor. Something smeared on the wall. 3. 1 trash in entire room, yet an entire kitchenette. 4. Mirrors were foggy due to being cleaned with dirty rag. 4. Hair in tub drain. 5. No one explained housekeeping policy and that we only got one set of towels unless requested. 6. Loud hallways with people yelling after 9 pm.

Didn’t even get to check in because staff on the phone informed me there was NO AGE RESTRICTION to buy and check into a room. You can imagine my surprise when I arrive to check in at almost midnight and I am told I can’t check into the room I payed for because there IS in fact an age restriction.

This hotel was awful! It smelled VERY strongly of smoke in the lobby, at the check-in desk as well as our room, although it's a smoke-free facility. Our room was disgusting. The floor was filthy with multiple hair rubber bands, dirt, trash, etc. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned, with hair and dirt all over the floor. There was blood on the walls in the bathtub. The bed sheets were even more awful. They were NOT clean. They had hair & dirt all over them and had obviously not been changed since the last occupants. I went down to see if a different room was available, that had been cleaned, and she said it was the only one available. No other hotels in the area had vacancy, or we would have switched hotels. She did not apologize for the dirty sheets, but did inform me that she was not here when the rooms were "cleaned". She went to a laundry room and handed me 2 sets of sheets and said she would put something in the notes on our account. Once in bed, there was a ridiculous spring noise, at every movement, throughout the night in one of the beds. Our two sons were in that bed and are not very big. I can't imagine the how much noise there would have been had adults been in that bed. We made it through the night and were hoping not to be disappointed at breakfast. Of course, their "continental breakfast" consisted of a few unpackaged mini muffins and black coffee. We waited to speak with someone about the condition of our room but no one ever came to the front desk.

Upon check in and parking my car I noticed that it has be updated but still doesn’t disguise the wear and tear. My room smelt like weed gross! Will not be staying here again and honestly the only reason I stayed when I did was because my typical hotel was book the weekend of my college homecoming weekend.

Messed up reservation. Asked for 2 beds and to be on first floor as my son is handicapped. Got there it was 1 bed. They did not have any rooms as they did not get cleaned only one person cleaning rooms. They finally bumped someone and got us a room on second floor. The elevator sounded like it was falling apart and the second floor reeked of Marijuana.
