Needed medical care after hotel stay

Facility appears very nice. Staff Cheryl was great. But Room 112, beware! I slept on the sectional couch and was itching during the night. While continuing our travels the next morning, I broke out in 20 welts from my face to my feet. I ended up in an urgent care in Jackson, TN. Dr said either bed bug bites, mites or flea bites. I also spent $47 for prescription cream for my condition. I have called the hotel twice and hotels.com also, No refund has been issued for this horrible experience yet. I am still miserable, swollen and itching and am still traveling to my home in this condition. I hope the hotel takes responsibility and makes this right. Very upset and dissatisfied .

I would stay again.

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it did not disappoint. Was greeted again with a super nice lady at the front desk. Every employee I encounter with there is super friendly. Breakfast is always the same but not bad, it's simple and appreciated. There could be some upgrades to the rooms. My shower floor had a small crack in it but really other than that this hotel was great for my work trip. Will be back next month.
