Our pillows were terrible and our bathroom vanity door was broken and a spider was in the bathroom and l felt it on my leg. There were no glasses in our room and not to have milk for a cup of tea very poor, although some was available in a communal pantry. For the cost it was very poor value for money.

The staff have implemented this amazing service should you have tan or makeup where you can ask for charcoal towel so you don’t get the other towels dirty.
