The quality of the front desk staffs
Checked in at around 7:00 pm. From the face of the staff who helping us to check in, I am very sure he hates his job 😅. However, we met two friendly front desk staffs in the morning. They made me and my husband change our minds, we will be back to this hotel again.

Poor customer sevice. Reserved 3 rooms and requested early check in. They would not accommodate- not even for 1 room. Had wedding at 3pm and check in was 3 pm. So we booked 1 room for an extra night so we could arrive and get ready. Clear stated this to them 2 am they called me to see were i was. Awoken from sleep in the middle if night! Breakfast ran out of coffee, dirty eating g area

Although it was booked as a pet friendly accessible room - they initially had us in a non-pet friendly room. Pre-checkin indicated that it was not a pet friendly motel and that we would be fined $300 if we brought a pet. When went to room after checking the and the room door was wedged open and the beds looked like someone had been lying on them or at least sitting on them. The floors were visibly dirty. The motel is advertised as non-smoking yet people were smoking outside the patio door to our room and thus the room reeked of smoke. During the night smoke continued to enter the room through the washroom vent. Breakfast is subpar and the cutlery (plastic) is not usable. Overall it was a bed to sleep in but would not recommend as a holiday stay.

There was no housekeeping. At all. The people in the next room were fighting and carousing on Saturday night/Sunday morning. We called the front desk but there was no one there. About 5 a.m. the noise stopped. Our heat didn’t work the first day/night. Fortunately it came on the next day. I think it would help your guests by providing instructions for the television. The front desk clerk came to our room to help. I think I won’t stay at a Travelodge again.

Owen sound getaway!
It was comfortable and quiet, we did not like that they had no elevator and we were on the second floor, no one helped us to carry our luggage up the stairs, I have a disability with my legs so this was not good but we did not complain
