When we drove up noticed that the Hotel was surrounded by Homeless encampments. Saw drug use and a person peeing onto the side of a house. The Hotel parking lot was totally empty at 5PM when we arrived. Due to the surroundings we did not feel safe and did not stay at the hotel. Bozeman in general seems to have a large problem with encampments anywhere we drove near the highway.

There were street fights when we pulled up. Homeless people with a pit fire in the middle of the street, drinking and shouting, some drugs. I went inside and canceled my reservation immediately, and left.

Staff was great. Property needs a lot of work. It was dirty. Carpets, beds stained. Paint peeling off the walls in the bathroom. Rusty sprinkler heads in rooms. Exhaust fan in bathroom covered in dust. Many small flies in the room.

Many homeless walking the property. They are allowed to camp across the street. While I feel sorry for their situation, I don’t want to see this while on vacation. Complement breakfast below average. Beds are comfortable.

Double charged, scary neighborhood
The property is next to a homeless camp. They could not find my reservation, said it was canceled by someone in Dubai, that I had already paid for. Since it was a tournament weekend, and all other places were full, I had to pay for the room again. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for a week to get a refund, but no luck. There was also black mold in the bathroom. Stay somewhere else.

The staff was great. The clock in the room was off and we couldn’t fix it. No local channels on TV. Asked for help but young man couldn’t fix. The chair arm was chewed up. The AC was impossible to change. The breakfast was terrible. It would have been better to go to McDonalds.
