Read the reviews before booking so you can make an informed decision! I didn’t! The staff were very friendly to work with but the room smelled musty and was dark and outdated. We paid for a suite but the door to get outside didn’t work from the inside. The hotel is surrounded by homeless people so I was glad our car was parked right outside of our room so we could keep an eye on it. Even though the homeless didn’t come near the hotel, we could smell the marijuana when walking from our car to our room. The indoor pool with the slide was nice, no hot tub. The breakfast is almost non existent-mini muffins, slices of bread, cereal and yogurt. The staff were great but it didn’t make up for the other things unfortunately.

Room was a great size. Very easy and convenient to check in and out on my phone. My 16 year old son loved the water slide. Appreciated the interior hall door and an exterior door to the parking lot. Disliked the homeless warming shelter was across the street, therefore all around the hotel were broke down cars, tents, and homeless people all around. Also disliked the breakfast. Toast, cereal, little Debbie sized muffins, and a beverage is not what we were expecting. It was very disappointing.

We stayed here for the pool and water slide. The pool was quite small, so you couldn’t really swim around especially when other people were in there. And the water was rough, like a jetted tub because of the slide.

bozeman hotels are insanely expensive, I know that. But to pay what we did to be surrounded by the sad homelessness situation in bozeman was a hard pill to swallow. There were fields of tents and broke down trailers. I understand these mountain towns are exploding with popularity but stop ruining it for the tourists and the locals.

Staff was lively, but we booked a room for 5, had towels for 3, no bedding for the sofa bed and they ran out of blankets and pillows. Only beverage at breakfast was coffee as juice machine was broken and very limited food options. Waterslide was fabulous, but pool doesn't open until 9 in AM and was a chemical in balance. Also could see a homeless encampment on the next block from our window. Room size was good.

Disappointing stay
The front desk personnel were friendly & efficient. The pool looked like it would be fun for kids, even though it was small. The negative review is based on how dated the rooms are. The air conditioning could not keep up with the 90+ degree heat so we were very hot at night. Some things are out of the hotels control. The area is surrounded by house less people & the rates are higher than the quality, but that is a Bozeman problem.

Hotel was fine. Room was clean enough, carpet could stand to be replaced, but all else was fine. The pool with the waterslide is fun albeit small. The continental breakfast is small as well but was ok. Had I spent a little more time checking on this I would've discovered the homeless encampment that spans two sides of this hotel. Run down, hoarder style RV's line the streets, ragged tents set up here and there, random groups of people just sitting on the curb across the street, people laying in the junk in their vehicles. Not the hotel's problem per se, but also worth noting if you're staying here. All that said, we stayed one night and aside from the concern if we might have any issues, all was good.

The bed was comfortable but pillows were terrible. Carpet was dirty and the upholstered chair was dirty. Bathroom floor was gritty like sand or something. Front desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The place just needs some deep cleaning!!

The hotel was nice but dated. It was very clean and we felt comfortable. There is a homeless shelter next door but we never had an issue with anyone. The pool with the slide was fantastic. The free breakfast was not the greatest. We went down at 7:50 and there was only a few slices of white bread and some yogurt left.

Hotels surrounded by Homeless Camp.
This hotel is in the middle of a Homeless Camp next to a Shelter. You are surrounded with people living in their cars and tents. Children playing in parking lots no play ground near by. There are 4 hotels in this street all circled with this camp. People walking all hours of the night in the parking lots. Not the family environment for a vacation night. You get no warning of this just drive into it. Concerns of safety. If you book on line you are out your money they will not refund your money. New lesson in travel. The city needs to find a place for these people that is safe and help them lots of land around Bozeman. They need jobs to be able to have a better way of life. Bozeman City Council needs to help these people.

There were two heaping piles of trash that were there from check in to check out. Never touched. The AC was SO loud you couldn’t sleep with it on so you turn it way down and then the room was too hot!
