Comfortable hotel. Front desk customer representatives were warm & friendly; knowledgeable about hotel & services provided. Linens were clean & comfortable. Breakfast had a decent selection. Room layout was ideal for our family. This was the second time we’ve stayed here; it has experienced quite a bit of wear & tear over the last year, with little upkeep. The room felt dingy & we could see areas that were not cleaned. Electrical wall plates were missing from outlets, making it unsafe if we had overly curious kids. There had been obvious damage done by previous visitors. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way due to damage & the couch had been beautifully decorated by a budding artist. Overall the stay was as expected for the price range & availability time frame. It was unfortunate that the maintenance hadn’t been kept up; this will definitely affect our next decision to stay here. Good place to lay your head & rest, but definitely felt like a lower end option.

They don’t have an elevator and I brought my collapsible travel wagon to carry my belongings in an elevator. Hauling stuff up the stairs to the third floor after a long day of travel and training was awful. Their site should say there’s no elevator. If I’d brought my handicapped child I’d be furious. The first impression of the facility was poor. The front desk employee was nice and offered to help bring my belongings to the room…like having the front desk staff double as a mule is right. The room had much better furniture than the fancy suite I stayed in last weekend. The desk and chair were a site for sore eyes. There was also a long bench and a cozy chair next to the bed. I travel with my own pillow and blanket to hotels and remove the bedspread immediately. This time when I pulled the bedspread back, there were black hairs stuck in the blanket underneath it. Gross. I put my blanket over the bedspread so I wasn’t touching any of their blankets. There was short thick dark hair on the counter next to the sink. The edges of the counter haven’t been cleaned for ages. The air vent in the bathroom was thick with gunk. The bathtub jets have visible slime and dark gunk - and a fly flew out while showering. They need to do a bleach bath with the jets on to get the bacteria out and spray them daily. After training Saturday, my key card didn’t work. Unprofessional. Last straw. So I left a day early instead of checking out their pool and hot tub.

Friendly staff, quiet location, clean. Little dated but that doesn’t bother us. Some of the outlets need replacing. They were worn and out and plugs were wanting to stay plugged in.

Front desk was extremely rude at check in and even yelled at me. Hotel has pet policies not listed on website. Staff would only replace empty breakfast supplies when requested, leaving empty bins next to what was requested. Room had electrical outlets without covers and cable outlet half falling out. Pool/hot tub were nice and had generous hours.
