Offering a lighted crosswalk to the beaches and a fishing pier over the bay there, this complex also has the largest heated pool on the Island. On top of that include tennis and a clubhouse with exercise facilities and a sauna.

Christmas vacation
Condo was very comfortable and spacious. Unit was clean and had everything we needed to cook, make cocktails, and go to the beach. Very close to trolley stop and crossing the road to beach entrance. Loved our stay!

Convenient location to beach. Place has a musty smell and needs serious upgrading.
Excellent location to the beach. Nicely updated and functional kitchen. Bathroom clean with hot water. Good privacy. Unfortunately, place has a damp, musty smell permeating throughout. This made sleeping and relaxing there unpleasant. Silver lining is we got to the beach early and returned late. The smell is likely from the old shag carpet in bedroom or the dank, old curtains and blinds that don’t open and close. Or both. We recommend the owners rip out the shag carpet, remove the thick, dank curtains and their broken rods, give the place a thorough venting, then upgrade to modern blinds that work and a no carpet bedroom floor. Place will be fantastic once that is completed.
