I was in town for a wedding that started at 4; check-in time is also 4. I called the day before to see if it would be possible to get an early check-in; the man said he would put in the request and I would likely be able to check in at 2. I got there about 1:40 and the desk clerk said she'd ask housekeeping to get the room ready. I finally gave up about 2:15 and went into the ladies' rest room to dress and put on makeup. When I left the clerk said housekeeping was just getting to the floor my room was on. So apparently the likelihood of early check-in depends on whether your room is on the floor that they start cleaning! Inconvenient and not the end of the world, but still disappointing.

Allowed my Baby Girl Angel quiet and relaxing she's almost 17 yrs old. Cat!!! Swimming Pool was open even after Labor Day. Food on sight was pretty good

Was there a week and not one time did they clean my room or pick up the trash. Charge more money and do less hospitality is unacceptable. Hire the people and do the work. I will never stay there again.

The stay was standard. The staff was pleasant and courteous. I do think the bathrooms could use fans in each room. Using a shower without a fan makes for a lot of condensation.

I had a room on the first floor. When I went to my room, I noticed a door that led to the outside. SO, I went over to the door & it was unlocked!!! Both that door & the room door do not self lock. So unless you actually flip the locking mechanism , your door will not be locked. This is very unsafe. I will not be staying there again.
