The property was very safe. We checked in after the office closed at 5:00. It was difficult to find the key, and proceed to our unit. Had it not been after dark, it would have been better. The unit was clean, but seemed fairly old furniture, curtains, and blankets. Everything was in working order and looked great from the outside and peaceful.

The condo was beautiful, comfortable & the woman at the check-in desk was so friendly. Be warned though - this condo is on the lower level and those winding steps were a killer while transporting our luggage! Also, the switch to turn the Jacuzzi tub on/off is up on the wall and barely noticable and hard to reach while in the tub. Other than that the place is great! We'd definitely stay there again.

Nice stay
It was okay. The tv was hard to use. Two different remotes.. They gave us 2 fire logs for the fireplace for a 2 day stay. No matches in the room and none was given with the logs but the front desk brought us some. The place needs updating and a good cleaning. It took almost our entire stay to get the ice bucket full. The place was comfortable with a nice layout.

Overall was ‘ok’ didn’t realize that a two bedroom condo could either be ‘conjoined lor not and our second room was actually a separate room that was like a studio with a separate entrance. We were told they didn’t have any that were connected and we could take the mattress from the other room and bring it to our room to sleep on the floor. We ended up having to do that because the mattress on the pull out sofa was thin and had stains on it. The couch was old (which is fine if something isn’t ‘new’) but it was dirty and not comfy, the sofa cushions were pretty flat) and the cover on the arm rest was covering where the couch was literally coming apart. The carpet in front of the couch was quite stained too I’m assuming from people wearing shoes. We didn’t even need to use it, but the tv in the main bedroom was an older box tv, didn’t really impact our stay but just fyi. Again, it’s fine if something is ‘dated’ but sometimes things need replaced. Overall cleanliness was good though.

From check in to exit the staff was absolutely amazing, definitely made U feel like U were family not a guest. Our Studio was more than we expected, full kitchen, living, large soaker tub (bathroom with double vanity) plenty of room for 2 ppl to get ready n the morning. Our Queen bed was very comfortable. What more can I say (can’t wait to go back again. Thanks to the staff for making us feel @ home.

Property located outside of all the hustle bustle of 76 strip traffic. Very safe and beautiful setting easy parking. Nice villa a bit dated and needs some new furnishings but very clean and functional. Love the wood burning fireplace Perfect for a family holiday getaway. Just a few minutes from silver dollar city. We were in bottom unit and had very rude and noisy neighbors above us unfortunately that woke us up at late night and early morning. Otherwise a good stay. Will request again an upper unit next time.

Almost an AI disaster!
Arrival was a little Rocky as we said we would arrive in the evening. So we picked up our keys from a coded box. We went to our room and it was a little confusing as there was so many entry doors and ALL locked. Felt like Alice in Wonderland! Then had said we would stay thru a date and it was miss understood as our check out date. Fixed via a phone call, but it was a Rocky Finish. Office was closed at check out time, so had NO Human contact at ALL. “WILL NOT BE DOING IT AGAIN!”

It was very quite and easy to get a good nights sleep. Liked the fact that is was in a gated community; felt very safe. Great parking, good lighting, good sized space. Very nice scenery tress and hills all around; had a small flock of deer out in the woods one morning. Would stay again!
