Quiet, peaceful atmosphere, close to activities
Communication was great prior to and during check in as well as when checking out. Our condo had a main door and then two separate doors into two separate condos. This worked out well for us as our children are adults so they enjoyed having their own space. The condos appeared to be newly renovated and were very clean. There are 3 pools on the property; the one needs some work as there were three hoses that appear to be keeping the pool filled. The other 2 pools were nice and well maintained. The location is a beautiful setting and close to both the Branson strip and Table Rock Lake. It is very close to Silver Dollar City. We appreciated the 24/7 security at the gate and felt safe. We did not use the tennis courts or golf course, but both looked really nice. We loved sitting on our balcony and enjoying the beautiful scenery. We saw an armadillo one morning run into the woods which was fun for us as we do not have them at home. We would definitely stay again if we return to the area. .

Great place to stay, very close to silver dollar city and Branson. The only negative would be that the children's pool was malfunctioning and had hot water in it so we could not use that however we were able to drive to another pool in a different area of the property.

We completely enjoyed our stay at this property! We purchased groceries to cook in the well-supplied kitchen, saving us money. We were mere minutes to Silver Dollar City. We loved hearing birds and not road traffic. We highly recommend this place!

Condo was clean but getting dated and starting to show its age. Furniture very worn and some seems on cushions separating and such. Good selection of cooking items and cutlery so that was nice. The pictures of the pool are very very deceiving. It was basically out of order and none of the reviews really mentioned when I was booking. The kids play area was basically drained and the waterfall walls were off with a garden hose hanging over the ledge running. Lots of trash/leaves around the pool sitting areas. They didn’t really mention at booking but there is another pool in the pics at a country club you can use. Luckily after the 1st night we found it and the kids were happy. They need to put out of order or something on the pictures and tell people at booking.

Mostly great. Will return in future.
Overall this place is great! The location is close to Sight&Sound Theater and Silver Dollar City. We appreciated the keyless entry, the layout of the condo, the washer/dryer (including detergent!). The a/c worked great and plenty of hot water. Quiet location. Beautiful deck with forest views and lots of bird watching opportunities. Outdoor grill available, but bring your own charcoal and barbecue tools. Cons: No mattress pad on master bed. Sheets on 2nd bed had human hair on pillow and also on the bed sheets. There were extra sheets in the closet so I changed them myself. I wrote this on the review sheet but didn’t get a follow up so I’m going to share here as well. The splash pool for kids looked so inviting on the website but it was Out of Order during our entire visit. 2 other “regular “ pools were available but the kids were looking forward to the special one. Despite those things the unit was clean and inviting and the area was beautiful.

Only two of the four staff members were friendly, lady at the front gate seemed very mad to be working, maybe put a friendlier face at the start of everyone's arrival, the guy was nice and way more approachable, one lady at check in wasn't annoyed with questions and happy to help. Like others have said. The pool is run down. The trash was piled so high it was overflowing, the pool chairs were very dirty, the slide part must have a crack because the water was very low so they had a hose attempting to fill it up which undisciplined kids kept grabbing and spraying everywhere, the door which stated "DO NOT PROP OPEN" had a rock holding it open

We got an incredible value on a two bedroom condo that was nice in every aspect. Clean, roomy, and quiet, away from town with a short drive to the action in Branson. If you want to be in the middle of the city this isn’t your place. Our unit was in a bldg that housed four two bedroom condos each of which, thanks to the configuration of the entrance doors code be rented as two one bedroom units or a single two bedroom unit. They had availability on short notice and like many properties even had a last minute price reduction. This would be a lovely place to spend a snowy holiday (even had a gas powered fireplace). I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again. Branson was ok but nothing special. I don’t plan to go to Branson again unless part of my time is spent on Table Rock Lake or things other than tourist trap stuff. The condo was a great place and value.

I like everything the complex had to offer. I would like a better shower in the unit , it was small and the shower head was weak. The courthouse pool was nice except for people letting their kids jump off the edge right next to our small grand kids and when they were told to be careful of the kids we were told to mind our own business

Liked the idea of the 2 BR for our family that’s why we rented it. So we rented 2 villas. One was full of Sheetrock dust. Couldn’t even use the patio as it was full of dust. The comforter in the 2nd bedroom was stained. The other villa needed a good cleaning as well. Still had a pacifier under the bed.

Overall it was ok. I didnt realize there were down stair units and my 75 year old dad had a rough time. The cleanliness was lacking. There was hair all over the shower, the foors were not clean, and there was tissue on the floor in the bedroom. One of our units had a broken a bed.

Appreciate the gated community. Overall stay was comfortable and had convenient supplies. The pool for the guests (non residence) was a huge disappointment! What we saw in pictures and the main reason for choosing this property was broken down and neglected. I understand need repair - but the pool area was neglected. 2 out of 3 umbrellas broken, chairs tipped over for days, weeds, hoses leaking and spraying all over, hornets, etc. It was not cool!
