this is a motel masquerading as a resort. Picture the room on the motel next to the highway and you got it. Don't clean during your entire stay so you are putting towels and trash outside the door. The "fitness facility" is in a motel room so tiny and uninspiring. The staff was friendly but not worth it.

The original cabin I stayed in was terrible. Not clean, used syringe in bathroom drawer, kitchen sink chipped with sharp edges. Kitchen counter trim falling off. WiFi would not reach the 2nd bedroom, staples sticking out of carpet due to missing threshold, tvs poor picture quality.

The rooms adjoin, the neighbors are CLOSE so you will hear them even if they are quietly talking. We put a towel under the door which helped. The bed skirt was quite dirty on the end of the bed-not quite sure what it was but the sheets and covers were clean. This is a gated community very close to the strip-super convenient for shopping or visiting attractions. There is a guard on duty at all times which is very comforting. All staff was very friendly.

I did not like that the room we rented had bed bugs. Very gross and we left without spending the night. I requested a refund and neither Westgate or Expedia would provide one. In any event, a very bad experience.
