Disappointing stay
By paying thru Hotels.com, we were treated like 2nd class citizens. Door chime alarm sent out bright flashes of light every 5 seconds throughout the night which made for a difficult night of rest. Front desk did nothing, especially after seeing we were Hotels.com guests.

felt a little unwelcome!
the lady when we checked in wasn’t the friendliest of people, very short and no smile, made us not feel very welcome, after we had made our way to our room we went downstairs to be greeted by James who was absolutely fabulous made us feel very welcome, and helped us with taxi recommendations and couldn’t do enough to help us, the same lady was there this morning checking us out and did not make any effort to smile yet again, no thank you, how was your stay, we would love to see you back, that is not good customer service by marriott standards!

Unique property with lots of music! Enjoyed the record player in the room and the atmosphere at the hotel. Roof top bar was a great feature as well! Restaurant next door was an added bonus! Truly top notch!

Stopped for an over night trip on our way through and had high hopes as it looked like one of the nicer hotels in the area (which it wasn’t bad by all means) I was just veryyyy let down by the bed. It felt hard as a rock. When my 5 year old woke up the next morning she asked me why it felt like something hard was in it. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I’ve laid on in a hotel. Otherwise the hotel was clean & staff was friendly.

The entire place is an interior designer dream. It's industrial, meets antique, musical, clean and modern! Just an awesome place to say within walking distance of excellent dining, pubs, pool hall, duck pin bowling, lots of home decor/art shops. Bristol is so unique and fun. The front desk staff could be more friendly and engaging but everything else was great. They weren't rude just indifferent to your presence.

Sessions is great! Welcoming, inviting, great staff are all there and truly a great stay. FYI-the downtown area of Bristol is going through transformation. It has limited entertainment and restaurants at the Sessions end of the street.

I loved the aesthetics of this property. This was my first stay. Check-in was easy, there was plenty of parking, I loved my room, and the extras (coffee, bottled water, aromatherapy, etc.). The only two negatives was the AC unit was a little loud and the pillows a little too big. But that’s something personal to me and may not affect anyone else. I would absolutely stay at this location again.
