reservation was for 4 people but only 3 sets of towels was in the room, and we also planned to use the pool so my friend went to ask for more towels and desk lady had an attitude and asked her why she needed more towels! we didn't appreciate that. and the door to the pool would locked behind you, no card key access working so had to walk all the way around the building to get back in! otherwise we had a pretty good stay, the breakfast was nice, the place was located in a good location closed to Aldi, chinese restaurant (really good) and Subway, felt safe.

Lovely hotel. Nicely appointed, convenient, quiet and clean. The front desk receptionist was especially helpful and proud of the responsiveness of the managers to any concerns of the hotel guests. Would definitely stay again.
