The front desk staff is so very nice and friendly. The hotel room was VERY clean. The surrounding area is good too. Places to eat are abundant nearby and it's right off the freeway. Would stay here again.

Nice enough and I would return
A little worn, but not bad. Was clean, convenient and quiet with everything I needed for a one-night stay. Front desk clerk was very kind and helpful. I'm a female senior citizen of short stature. Hauling my luggage up the stairs can be difficult, so I had asked for a first floor room, if possible, at the time I booked the reservation. But when I arrived, I began to second-guess my request. All the first floor rooms faced the parking lot and were open to any passer-by who might decide to cause trouble. But there were no problems during the night and I felt safe. I'd stay there again.

DIRTY, Loud AC, stay away.
The place is DIRTY. The first room they gave us, the AC was not working so we had to switch. Second room, there were red/pink hair everywhere. On the towels, sheets and bathroom. Hair and dust was just everywhere. Sliding door was hideous. Drawers was dusty and dirty. Luckily I always bring a yoga towel just in case. The towels was basically not usable. I seriously wonder if it was fake reviews. The lamps was full of dust.

For context, My partner and I spent 2 nights at this location. Cons - Mold on the sink that was noticed on our second night that was reported to a manager - Towels that felt like sand paper - The tv remote sometimes working sometimes not - Shower water pressure inconsistent Pros - Near a lot of Restaurants and theme parks - Friendly staff - Decent price

Overall it’s a great place to stay. I would recommend to lower their use of chemicals on the laundry. It makes the towels very hard which makes my skin irritated a little.
