You get what you pay for, well, maybe not. I booked and paid for a King-size room but on arrival because my husband was single, they gave him a much smaller bed, smaller than a queen. They said it was all they had available, but then how did I book a King?
There are no "extras" in the room, no shampoo. body wash, etc.
My husband needed a razor as he had forgotten to pack one. He fault, I realize, but $6 for a BIC plastic razor was a little steep, so he went to the local Walgreens which was just about to close as it was almost 10pm.
The staff were very professional and the room was clean... just cheap!
It's the little things, the nickel and diming that make or break a place.
