This property isn’t the absolute worst, but if you’re on a super budget, then it will do. I’d say most wouldn’t be happy with it in most cases. Not the best place to put your family. Beds and pillows weren’t great. Shower was small. Towels were small and had a few stains. You can here the freeway all night pretty much.

Great location right across from the elevator. Bed not that comfy, but ok. Sad there wasn't a fridge. Handy there were several places for food right there (walk across the parking lot). Never had another hotel require ID for everyone in the room before…

FAMILIES PLEASE THINK TWICE IF YOU TRYING TO RESERVE THIS MOTEL 6 @BUENA PARK CALIFORNIA I NEVER BEEN WITH MY FAMILY IN THIS SITUATION IT WAS LIKE A NIGHTMARE THE ROOM WAS DIRTY THE FLOOR SUPER STICKY THE BATHROM SMELL SOO BAD WE FOUND cockroaches ALSO THE BED SHEETS ARE REALLY OLD AND YELLOW WHEN WE REMOVE THE THE BED COVER WE FOUND BED BUGS WE TRYING TO TALK FRONT DESK ABOUT THE ISSUES AND THEY ARE REALLY RUDE PEOPLE IT LOOKS LIKE THEY DEAL OFTEN WITH THIS SITUATIONS THE ALL BUILD SMELL BAD ALOT Dog poop EVERY WHERE ALSO WE HAVE TO LEAVED ONE DAY BEFORE BECAUSE WE CANT WITH THIS SITUATION Now I opened open a claim with my bank BECAUSE THEY CHARGED ME EXTRA FROM MY CREDIT CARD MY NAME IS MIGUEL G I HOPE YOU CAN READ THIS FEED BACK AND DONT STAY THERE !!

⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ If you decide to stay here, ASK FOR NEWER ROOMS. The first night they gave me a room first floor, faced to the parking lot.(OLD, STINKY AND QUITE DIRTY) We couldn't sleep, there were mini roaches everywhere, I was afraid of falling asleep and them falling on me, so we didn't sleep well. The next morning I went to check out because obviously staying was not an option, I explained the inconvenience to the lady at the reception, at first she wasn't very understanding but after a couple of minutes of talking she went to talk to the manager, came back, she offered me another room, she assured me that there were no roaches in this one (which made me think that she was aware that there were roaches in the first room and she was pretending not knowing), I went to check it out and surprisingly it was like another hotel, very clean, well furnished and equipped white white sheets, better pillows, mini fridge, cooffe maker, nice desk and chair cleaner bathroom and towels, hair dryer, shampoo and soap, AC a littlebir noisy and old but working and most important no roaches at least at simple sight. I would stay here again, only in a room like the one they gave me after I had complained about the conditions of the first one. I decided to stay here because I read the reviews and they were acceptable considering the location and price, I didn't see any that mentioned roaches.
