During our stay, we encountered some disappointing service. The staff member we dealt with was not very kind and gave the impression that she did not want to be at work or be bothered. Additionally, there was a leak from the wall in our room, and we were asked to move rooms right before we were set to leave for the day. Unfortunately, no sympathy or concern was shown for the inconvenience this caused.

Traveled with my family, with two children, we felt safe, Clean room, friendly staff, free breakfast no proteins though lots of bread, toast, waffles and muffins. I’d suggest to added hard boiled eggs to the menu. Easy parking right outside of our room on first floor. Easy walk to knotts berry farm about .07 mile which saved us $35 in parking fees. The only issue for me was the beds were not comfortable.

Unsafe atmosphere and dirty rooms with pests

Shortly after check in we spotted a group of men in the parking lot smoking who stared at us as my family and I walked to our room. I immediately did not feel safe. They were there until 9:30pm that night. Upon opening the door to our room it smelled of urine and musty. The floor was dirty, food left behind from previous guests was found, dead bugs in the AC unit, live roach was found in the bedroom and ants were found in the bathroom. Front desk agent’s solution the next morning (as she herself acknowledged) was a further inconvenience to my family and I. I also sent an email without response. I DO NOT recommend this property. When reserving a room one very simply expects a CLEAN, bug free room and safe property.

Roach infested!

Room was not as advertised. Pictures clearly show a bed and a couch in one room, and a single bed in the other... the room we had, 2 beds on one side and just a couch in another. Truly defeated the purpose of 2 adults who wanted privacy. Shower had left over body wash or shampoo on the walls that wasn't even cleaned off. The day we were to check out we found 2 huge reaches in the room with the couch. Thank goodness we didn't sleep on that side... over all was very disappointed and i had zero time to locate another place to stay.
