The room was clean and spacious. It is conveniently located to all kinds of food options and highway. It was literally 5 minutes away from UB north campus where I needed to go with my daughter.

Coffee maker didn’t work and when we got a new one coffee was terrible. Ice maker never worked. Tv remote did not work. I was there 2 nights, no one cleaned or left new towels second day. On the way out the door knob broke off in the room. Wouldn’t stay there again

Upon arrival they had a cute mothers day basket with little statbursts in bags for guests. Super thoughtful. A little helium balloon decoration as well. Staff were polite but just short and quick to the point. I usually like them to smile and have some sort of conversation. There was no smiling. Actually the guy in morning during check out was more friendly. Room seemed clean ish overall however there was a long black hair hanging from the tub faucet. Also the floor around the kitchen area of the room was definitely not swept. Debris all over. That was disappointing. Kitchen was nicely equipped with things you need to make a meal. Cabinets were new so seems like some nice renovations. For the price we probably would give this hotel another chance. Beds were comfortable and it was nice and quiet.
