Green Mountain is a great hotel all around but I gave it 3 stars because the air conditioner is way too loud. It's impossible to sleep.

The dreadful noise from the air con units and the plant room outside keeps you awake all night, and we were quite a long way from plant room. No shower to use before getting into swimming pool. Expensive rubbish really 2 star at best.

The room was great and the hotel a really nice place to stay, however are room smelled like a locker room. We had to keep the windows open to try to get rid of the smell the whole time. Happy hour was great!

Do not stay here if you have any chemical sensitivity or fragrance issues. All the sheets and towels are washed in the most disgusting detergent that caused skin irritation and itchiness. We only spent one night there and were able to cancel the other nights. Well, we didn't really sleep at all because the smell was so bad it kept us up most of the night. I was unable to use any of the towels because they burned my hands. The hallways also smell of this nasty fragrance / carpet fresh fragrance. And most of the hallways and stairwells reek of marijuana. This place is also on a busy road, so it's very noisy. Please don't stay here.

Excellent manager-Michael. Good customer service and attention to detail. Kind breakfast staff worked hard to keep all of the patrons fed and happy during the stressful transition to move kids in for college. They're hard work was appreciated. Thanks for a great stay!

We really liked our stay at the inn. We would definitely go back again. The room was big and clean and the staff was super nice and helpful. Checking in and checking out took less than 5 mins. The only thing is that they don’t offer daily housekeeping but we just asked for more towels at the lobby:)

A beautiful property-extremely clean and well maintained; great rooms; the breakfast is one of the best we have seen, and the staff was terrific. In particular I need to point out the gentleman who checked us in and seemed to be at the desk most of the times we walked by-His name is Michael and He was helpful, polite, humorous, and made us all feel very comfortable (not to denigrate anyone else on the staff-they were all great). A great stay and we will be back.
