Beds are container and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful. Bathroom mirror needs to be cleaned. Pool area has water drainage problem on tile which was left for hours making the area slippery and disgusting.

Enjoyed the breakfasts. They were not run of the mill but had great variety. Loved the varied eggs and the delicious oatmeal with the trimmings!

Third time was not a charm
This was the most run down room i have ever seen. Water marks on the wall, toliet seat was barely attached, wallpaper all ripped and perling off. Window shade had holes torn in it. Toliet paper holder was broke. Fridge still had items in it from previous person. Very, very, very dated and had a weird smell. Then the bugs- little hard shelled bugs in the bathroom. The check in experience was typical - snotty desk person just like last time. I have stayed here many many times ij the past and each time i say never again. I really think this truly was my never again stay. And it was one of the most expensive stays I have had also. NOT WORTH the money AT ALL.

The service was excellent. The rooms were very nice. Stephanie our housemaid was very good. Our room was always clean when we came back .

All things considered, it was an average room. The property is showing its age and could use a facelift. The breakfast was same day in and day out. A lot of furniture in the room showed signs of pet activity such as scratches. I found a cricket jumping across my bed one day and a spider that ran in the corner of the room. These things were a surprise to me as it didn't seem to be of the Hampton Quality in other cities that I am used to and expected.

The room was overall outdated. Bathroom was clean and new but bed area was in definite need of overhaul. Old, dirty rugs. Stained ceiling. Room smelled like cigarette smoke but was supposed to be non smoking. I awoke with migraine and ended up checking out day early due to poor air quality and how it made me feel. ( was supposed to be 2 nights). The staff were nice and accommodating. Breakfast was clean and women servicing the breakfast pleasant and helpful.

Property was clean and breakfast options were amazing for complementary offer. However, the room smelled like wet dog and the key card machine was down upon check in, which resulted in having staff member escorting us to our room so we may obtain entry.
