I enjoyed my stay, but I think this property is overpriced. There were a lot of fees and I don't think that the room was worth the price. My room was also noisy. I could hear people talking late at night and woke up every morning at 7 am to my neighbor continuously slamming their door. Do the doors really have to slam that hard in order to close?

Nice but expensive, no breakfast and $16 parking.
We paid approximately $400 per night, we were disappointed to find out no breakfast was included for that price. B.S. Also was charged $16 per day for parking, my SUV was too tall to fit into their 6’-5” height garage so had to park around the corner in a public parking garage. Besides that all was fine.

Loved the location. The Lake view we had from the 2nd floor was okay but not great. If you want a nice view, recommend you get on a higher floor. Toilet was broken when we checked in, which is surprising given how expensive this Hilton is. They fixed it promptly and offered to get us another room (after I complained) but at that point, we didn't want the hassle. It was a wedding weekend. The refreshment/coffee station in the middle of the floor was not working the entire time we were there, despite getting text messages asking if we were enjoying the amenities, including the refreshment center. The next morning the entire toilet clogged and we had to use the bathooms next to the gym. The engineer said they were low-flush toilets and were not great. For the toilet fiascos the powers that be gave us a breakfast voucher at their cafe. it is one step up from a 7-11. Gym was great and indoor pool was fine. When I called the front desk inquiring about room service due to late arrival, the operator said there was no room service period, at this hotel. Later I was told that was not accurate. Beach Bike availability was also a nice touch.

Good location but too expensive for a tired hotel that was missing some key touches. Room had some loose fixtures in the bathroom and there was no way to dry bathing suits at the pool. Great walkable location to all the downtown sights though, so that made it quite nice. Paid extra for a lake room but were on such a low floor that the view wasn't great

Good position. Friendly staff. Bathroom too small with a problem sink plug, never solved. I should not have to reach under the sink at the back, to pull a lever. Arrangements for breakfast poor. Limited and expensive.

The views of the lake are stunning
This is a very nice property. Great staff and services. The location downtown is convenient to Church Street, restaurants and shopping. The views of Lake Champlain are stunning.

Great hotel by the lake
Great property by the lake with amazing views of the sunset. Checked in with the App and got the digital room key so didn’t even need to see anyone. Huge Tv, complimentary fresh-brewed coffee on the machine outside the room and grab and go alcoholic beverages near check in were a bonus. Needed to dispose of several bags of trash I had in my car and they had the bellhop go with me to the car and take them away. Super friendly. Would definitely recommend.

We had a nice room on a nice property that was walkable to many things in town. The one thing that annoyed me was we got a parking ticket even after telling the hotel we were self parking. The hotel said they would take care of the ticket for us which I hope they do but why did we get a ticket in the first place? I saw several parking tickets on the lobby desk so we were not the only one but I don't understand the hotel's policy of allowing parking tickets and then taking care of them.
