Jacuzzi was broken. Breakfast food choices not terribly healthy. Beds are rather hard, and uncomfortable, and the room lighting was poor.

We stayed in January midweek and there were just a few other guests. We were asked via email to check in and out online. Reception staff at check in and check out were lacking friendliness with very few words. Cleanliness was average with stains down the inside bathroom door and walls. Our room was very small, breakfast needs improvement. The lady at the breakfast buffet was the only nice and friendly staff out of the three we met. Not impressed we were asked to tip the staff through the online check out system.
