Easy on an off freeway. Great assistance devices like bars in the shower, lots of fluffy clean towels. Good breakfast. The place was packed the night I stayed but my reservation through travelocity made sure I had my room!

Good, clean hotel for an overnight stay.
Check in was fine; efficient. Room clean; bathroom also clean. Really liked the water flow in the tub & shower; easy to adjust water flow & temperature. Quiet room & comfortable bed. Breakfast was good. Lot of selection, but no cooked food besides cold boiled eggs & waffles.

Property a bit beat up. Not accessible for people with mobility issues. Lots of stairs-- to your room or to get to the breakfast area down an additional flight of stairs. Protein on the breakfast like hard boiled eggs would be nice besides carbs.

Everything was okay just that the bathtub was dirty when we checked in had hairs and I’m guessing they probably don’t vacuum allot my son found a ball and toy under the chair but over all breakfast was good and staff was friendly

Crumbs on the carpet. Floor was not vacuumed. Bedspread dirty. Took off of the bed. Sheets were clean. Room had a strong sour musty smell. Opened Window to refresh room. Smell stayed. Hair in tub drain. Hallways between rooms not very clean. Very hard to find parking around the hotel.

I reserved this room in an emergency after fleeing a violent situation at home in the middle of the night. When I arrived at the hotel with my 10-month-old infant, I was greeted by an extremely rude staff member. After I handed her my driver's license, she saw I was a local resident. She then informed me that the hotel would not allow me to stay there per policy and I was turned away. This in itself was very upsetting. I later realized I was still charged for this room and have spent extensive time trying to have the charge reversed, still to no avail. This was the worst experience and most terrible customer service I have recieved in a very long time. Do NOT stay here!!!

Biggest complaint was the mattress we had was pretty worn down, made for a "lumpy" bed. This place is literally just off the highway, so it's super convenient if you just need a place to crash and keep going on your way. Price was good for what you get.
