Had a great time in Calgary! We were there for a football game. The only concern we had was the elevators! They clunked as they moved and since we were on the 4th floor we had no choice but to use them.

This hotel is one of the best affordable ones in Calgary. Some costing much more are hardly better, and others costing as much are far worse, which is why this is one of my favorites. Clean, comfortable, and a decent breakfast.

Reservations through expedia, trip was for medical procedures at Tom Baker, charged $45 for early check in, then when checking out Staff wouldnt give a reciept, went back and then got reciept for $45. Breakfast was horrible, eggs were undercooked, waffle tasted horrible, tried to mask taste with syrup, ended up throwing away. Will avoid this hotel for future medical trips.

The staff was not willing to help, they were on breaks and rude and not able to help as you waited in the waiting area. When they came off their break they would not accommodate any requests and said they were unable and then when questioned changed their mind and could accommodate. Worst service ever!

We can’t with our kids for a one night stay and we were happy. Breakfast was great and included scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle station, juice, yogurt, cereal, whole fruit, hard boiled eggs, bread and muffins and bagels. The pool was a hit for sure. It’s not fancy, but it was clean and comfortable for us, we’ll be back.

We weren’t informed that housekeeping would be done every 3 days. Even so no housekeeping was done on the third day of our stay. Sofa bed did not appear clean.
