Room was comfy. Amenities have recently been upgraded. Continental breakfast was good for the rate paid. Only concern was how noisy hall traffic was. You might as well have left your room door open. This needs action.

The service was great. My husband and I arrived at the hotel., after a 4 hr drive and both of us not feeling so well. The nice receptionist was very kind. There had been some mixup with our reservation. He got us our room quickly and let us grt settled. The room was great, clean and comfy. Beds are so great! We stay here often as I come for medical treatments near this hotel. It is very conveniently close to medical department. It also had a breakfast and internet included.

Check out is 11am, and I asked for a late check out. I was told we could stay until noon, but at 11, I received a call saying we were supposed to be out. After i explained we had a late check out, they said we could stay, and about 10 minutes later, housekeeping knocked on our door and told us we were supposed to be out. Again, I had to explain that we had a late checkout. They really need to put notes on a person's file and communicate to one another. Very annoying!

The lady at the front desk was warm and welcoming. The King Bed was comfortable and water in the shower Hot. NormallyI would choose a bath in the evening but the shower warmed me up nicely!

Great location near Stoney Trail. The river is across the street with nice walking paths. The hotel is older but clean and staff were great. You can hear the neighboring room so if they could space people it would be really good. We would stay again.

Lovely staff, a perfect quiet place to rest. The rooms are set up with modern decor, new flooring and bathrooms. Finally a place that does not have carpet. Very clean!
