The staff at this location was absolutely unbelievable and exceptional. We were there as a stop over for our wedding in Banff and forgot to print some things and the staff was super accommodating and very friendly making sure we had everything we needed.

There was limited parking in front back looked sketchy, rooms need a facelift and had a funky smell , pool was closed when we went, only thing going for this place is the location if doing stuff at Olympic park other than that it’s pretty pricey for a below average room

Very clean. Extra security when using the elevator, keycard necessary to choose your floor. The Sandman Inn also has senior discounts for your stay. The attached Dennys restaurant is also convenient.

The access roads into the hotel are complex and risky for newcomers. The whole building is in need of rejuvenation.
