Beds are old and pillows are hard. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room service is an added cost were others are are part of the arrangement. Only room service you get I’d fresh towels and removal of trash. The will not do the beds. That’s extra. Very disappointing

Simple Stay
What you would expect from an affordable stay. Booked the room from Sun- Sat week of thanksgiving, on the day before I would be staying. Very last minute booking due to personal decision. Easy check in, easy check out. Could hear noise from parking lot from cars, couldn’t hear the freeway. Sometimes sirens but, I’m a heavy sleeper. The room was generally clean. There was a hair on the floor in the bathroom but, otherwise clean. Very simple and modest accommodation. It’s a room with a clean bed and bathroom w/ mini fridge + TV. Plenty of outlets and usb plug ins. The pictures are essentially the same. Staff was friendly during all interactions.
