The room was clean and comfortable and the price was good. However, there was not really breakfast as promised. the coffee machine was broken so there was not even coffee.

The comforter on our bed had holes in it. It's time to let it go. The tub and sink had hair in them, I'm sure from housekeeping staff but an extra look over won't hurt. Telephone in room was dirty, like someone touched it with food on their hand. Phones need attention to be cleaned also. The price wasn't bad, needed something in the area for the night. Not much to choose from for breakfast, coffee machine broke. Front desk staff was friendly. Room itself was clean and smelled fresh.

We checked in at 11:45 pm Friday night, October 11, 2024. The hotel was fully booked. We assigned room 228 on the second floor. It has no elevator. The blind over the window was on the floor and the room was stinky from cigarette smoke. We are not smokers so it is difficult. They switched us to room 215 and still smell smoke but not as bad as 228. I didn't sleep well due to noise from traffic because 215 is facing Ocean Gateway Hwy 50. The staff was helpful in changing our room again the next day to room 104 on the first floor, the room we stayed back in September 26, 2024. It does not smell of cigarette smoke. My most important thing is cleanliness as we are still under the thread of COVID, and wish Wyndham provide property cleaning and inspect the property time to time to all franchisees so that the properties is up to their standard.

If you like listening to a cable news network to sleep, don’t stay here. No cups in the bathroom to rinse the toothpaste out of your mouth, people screaming at each other at midnight.

Breakfast was pathetic. Two blueberry muffins on Friday or white bread for toast. Cereal of unknown age. The coffee was hot and there were breakfast egg and sausage croissant sandwiches. I ate at a diner across the street. Room was clean but the toilet seat was held together with different fasteners. Squeezing profits. Will not stay again.

Hallway carpets were filthy! Breakfast options were: single-wrapped Jimmy Dean Breakfast Sandwich that had to be microwaved, Froot-Loops-like cereal, OJ and/or coffee.

The property was in general in poor condition. There was limited parking out front and some in back, though space in the back was very tight and was very unsightly (trash outside the trash container, visible sight into a residential property in poor condition). Carpet in the room and throughout the hotel was very old and appeared not too clean.
