Front desk was very polite but our room was not ready at the listed check in time of 3 PM. We showed up very early at 1:15ish and tried to check in. They said to wait a bit and it would be ready. Checked about every 20 minutes as we sat in our car in the parking lot. They did not make any effort to get our room ready early. At the listed check in time of 3 pm they said it would be another 30 minutes! They knew we were waiting and it was still late being ready!

The hotel was great. However, I had issues with the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The shuttle passed me by three times without stopping while I stood there, waiting, in 108 degree weather. This was at the Phoenix Airport.

Arrived at the hotel a couple of hours early due to flight. Room wasn't ready, so I sat in the lobby across from the check-in desk. About an hour after I arrived and over the course of the next 90 minutes, six other people/groups arrived and all were given their keys and allowed to check in while I still sat in the lobby. I asked the desk staff if they'd let me know when my room was ready, and despite sitting right in front of them and them just chatting with other staff and guests who were allowed to check in, I was not allowed to check in. I eventually had to ask for a bathroom so I could bring in my bag and change/freshen up for an event I came to town to attend. My room was "still not ready" before I left at 3 p.m., so I had to go and didn't get to check in until 11 p.m. when I returned. The night staff was considerably friendlier. But due to this experience, I would never stay in this hotel again.
