Excellent Hotel in Heart of NYC
First time to New York and the hotel was excellent. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The area around the hotel wasn’t great, but never felt unsafe and just used common sense. We would definitely stay here again.

First, when I walked in the room, Checked the whole room and found leftover chipotle in the microwave, The small refrigerator smell like something was spoiled left an odor. Front desk not friendly. The only thing was the comfortable beds.

Stayed one night for a concert at MetLife. The upside is you are close to the stadium, so you can even walk 30min. But as for the actual stay at the hotel, it was not the best. For the high price we paid, the room was incredibly small, you can’t even lay your luggage down. The bedding was dirty, we found dried blood on our comforter and there were stains on the sheets too. We had a centipede in our room on the fifth floor, not sure how that got there. Before booking we read the hotel description that there was a shuttle we can take to get to the stadium but when we asked they said it wasn’t working. We took an Uber there for a fair price but on our way back we had to walk because Uber and taxis were insane prices, what we wanted to do was take a shuttle there and back. And breakfast was mid at best. For the prices we paid I was expecting more and much better. In our experience, I recommend finding another hotel to stay at.

I PAID $ 138.00 FOR ROOM, NOT EVEN GIVEN WATER BOTTLE IN ROOM. COUNTR STAFF FAIL TO PROVIDE TOOTH BRUSH AND PEST BUT THEY DISPLAY SIGN FOR IN BATHROOM ONCE CALLED AT RECEPTION DESK THEY SAID NOT IN STOCK.

Good hotel close to MetLife Stadium. Around 40min walk (the walk in an adventure). Hotel should provide shuttle.

TV did not work in our room. 3 or 4 different people came to fix it and it would work for 5 or 10 minutes and then go out again. They couldn't give us a different room because they were sold out. They offered us over the phone in our room 25% off and I accepted. We went to check out and the worker would not even talk to me about the discount I had agreed to and said the manager would call me. Guess what, no phone call.

Room was clean/Well furnished with fridge and Microwave. Bathroom was very clean and well maintained. Comfortable and clean beds. Breakfast was acceptable Front desk was attentive and welcoming. Indoor pool very small. Free parking and walking distance to MetLife stadiums. Restaurant next door.
