We arrived very early in the morning and it took 25 minutes to find our reservation. The photos clearly are from years, if not a decade or more, ago. The pool was black and green and our room faced it. One of the evenings arriving back to our room, the smell of the pool came into our room. The faucets in the shower were broken. The shower itself was dirty and the curtain was moldy. We had to immediately ask for more towels, as they clearly did not review our reservation to see how many people were staying in the room. The electrical sockets in the room were not covered and the wiring was exposed and my children almost got into them. It was such a poor experience, I feel sorry for anyone that spends their money on this facility in the future. Upon exit, the person was asleep in the lobby chairs, that was supposed to be behind the counter. When I entered from the outside, he awoke and I indicated that we were leaving and checking out. Not removing himself out of the chair he was sleeping in, asked if we wanted a receipt from our trip; I asked if there were going to be any additional charges, he indicated no and I indicated that I did not want a receipt. Poor customer service, the facility was absolutely disgusting, and the room was abysmal.
