The photos on the site looked great, but when I arrived, I couldn’t believe how misleading they were. First off, the place was nothing like what I saw online. The room was outdated, with visible damage in the bathroom ( ripped areas). Definitely not the “decent looking” hotel I was expecting. The biggest issue, though, was the smell. The hotel claims to be smoke-free and pet-free, but there were dogs in the building, and the whole place smelled like a mix of smoke and something else I couldn’t even identify. It was worst in the hallways, elevators, and lobby. The smell was so bad that I had to hold my nose every time I walked out of my room. I couldn’t even stand to eat at the restaurant downstairs because of this. I also had a problem with the heating in my room. I’m always cold, so I requested an extra duvet. I couldn’t figure out how to get the heater in the room working right so I called down to the front desk for help with the heater settings, the staff was rude and refused to come up to assist; so I requested a spare duvet and they refuse to provide me with one. It was like they couldn’t be bothered at all. Overall, this place was a joke. It’s falsely advertised, the customer service is terrible, and the conditions were far from what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Everything was fine until breakfast. Breakfast is $15.99 per person! No complementary breakfast as publicized. Also there's a $100 deposit at check in. I guess I didn't read the fine print before booking the hotel.
